Massage Central offers classes for novice and experienced practitioners, as well as for the lay person.
All classes are given in small groups or, if needed, privately. Taking our classes will enhance your knowledge and open new doors that will help you in your private practice or in your home with loved ones. Below is a sample list of the classes we offer. Classes

On-Site Chair Massage Class
Designed to teach you massage techniques which will enable you to give an excellent and complete Chair Massage. Learn about the latest massage chairs. Practice your techniques and learn marketing skills as well. Effective and easy.

Respect Your Massage Table
In this class, you will learn how to choose the best table or chair for your practice, how to buy it, clean it and make your investment last. This class is a must for every student or prospective buyer.

GSR Biofeedback Training
Come and enjoy the wonderful field of Biofeedback - an easy, straightforward means of teaching yourself and others how to relax deeply. The class will offer hands-on training and will teach students to deal with stress and tension. In the class we will use the GSR2 system.

REIKI Level I
Get your certification as a first degree Reiki Practitioner. Reiki is a system that is easy to learn and is taught in 2 class sessions or in 2 private classes. Reiki is an ancient and profoundly simple system of the lying on of hands. Class is taught by Reiki Master Samuel Lazar, originator of the HypnoReiki(TM) Technique.

Couples Massage
An easy, straightforward class of basic principles of massage taught through demonstration and hands-on practice. Have a delightful time with your partner and learn how to connect with the art of touch. Free booklet included.
Only $90 for two.

Muscle Stretching Massage
Learn a unique, easy technique that will give you many benefits. This class will provide you with new touch skills that will enhance your ability to help your client or friend reduce muscle tension, initiate relaxation and increase overall body flexibility. Wear comfortable clothing.

HypnoMassage(TM)
Massage under hypnosis is a safe and unique way to achieve total relaxation quickly and easily. It is sure to exceed your expectations! This unique class is geared for treating oneself or others.
