All classes are given in small groups or, if needed, privately. Taking our classes will enhance your

GSR Biofeedback Training
Come and enjoy the wonderful field of Biofeedback - an easy, straightforward means of teaching yourself and others how to relax deeply. The class will offer hands-on training and will teach students to deal with stress and tension. In the class we will use the GSR2 system. Cost $75.
REIKI Level I
Get your certification as a first degree Reiki Practitioner. Reiki is a system that is easy to learn and is taught in 2 class sessions or in 2 private classes.
